Juno Traders Account Deletion
This page explains how Juno Traders users can request deletion of their app account and associated data.
Request account deletion
To request deletion of your Juno Traders account, email support@junomarkets.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Delete my Juno Traders account".
You can also request account deletion in the Juno Traders app from the account settings area, where available.
We will verify account ownership before processing the request. Account profile data, login credentials, app preferences, and other non-required account information may be deleted.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or financial compliance purposes. This may include identity verification records, transaction records, deposit and withdrawal records, trading account records, communications, and audit logs.
Retained data will be kept only for the period required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business obligations.
